Apply for $500 ProofreadEssay Scholarship

ProofreadEssay is proud to help aspiring students pursue college degrees. Our scholarship is awarded to deserving students who make a video on one of the following topics:

1. “The World’s Plastic Problem Is Bigger Than You Thought”
2. “Air Pollution: Current and Future Challenges”

Deadline: March 1, 2020

Winner to be announced on: March 14, 2020

Scholarship Value: $500

The selected student will be contacted by the Proof Read Essay company and notified of the award within two weeks following the application deadline by email. The winner also will be announced on the ProofreadEssay page: https://proofreadessay.com/apply-for-500-proofreadessay-scholarship/

Eligibility requirements

• Must be a legal resident of the United States or hold a valid student visa.
• Must be currently enrolled in, or accepted, to a full-time undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university, college or school in the United States.
• Applicants must be able to provide an official or unofficial transcript. The transcript must visibly state both: your full name and the name of the institution you are attending. If you are an incoming freshman, please submit your senior-year high school transcript. This transcript should indicate your cumulative high school GPA.
• Demonstrated perseverance in overcoming adversity
• Be under the age of 30

How to Apply

• Make a video for 45 seconds or more on one of proposal topics:
• “The World’s Plastic Problem Is Bigger Than You Thought”
• “Air Pollution: Current and Future Challenges”
• Email your essay to [email protected] as a link to YouTube video before March 1st, 2020.
• Email must include: Full Name, Address, Phone Number, School Name, GPA (if currently attending), Date of Birth, and Parent/Guardian Name (if under 18).
• Only 1 submission per person.
